SHARPEPROTOCOLS

TITAN / PUBLIC ARCHITECTURE

Authority before action.
Evidence before completion.

Titan is Sharpe Protocols’ governed engineering environment: a system for turning human intent into bounded, reviewable work while separating authority, execution, inspection, evidence, and completion.

AUTHORITYHUMAN FINALConsequential authority remains bounded by explicit human control.
EXECUTIONSCOPEDWork is constrained by role, scope, policy, and stop conditions.
COMPLETIONEVIDENCE-BASEDExecutor claims do not become authoritative without verification.
ARCHITECTURE
01

Not one agent.
A controlled system.

Titan separates responsibilities that are often collapsed into a single AI interaction. Human authority, supervisory reasoning, inspection, execution, evidence, and completion are distinct functions with different permissions.

PUBLIC CLASSIFICATION: Documented architecture with demonstrated local workflows. Public claims remain narrower than private implementation detail.

01

Human Authority

Defines purpose, boundaries, approval, and final authority.

02

Governance

Constrains what can execute, where, under which evidence and stop rules.

03

Economic Routing

Pushes work toward the cheapest sufficient qualified path before expensive reasoning.

04

Independent Proof

Separates execution from inspection so completion can be challenged.

02

Responsibility has a shape.

Select a role to inspect its public contract. The diagram shows authority and evidence flow, not private endpoints, credentials, protected paths, or internal recovery material.

WATCHDOG

Observes state, progress, interruption, and escalation signals without becoming completion authority.

03

Request to verified return.

The intended path makes state changes visible and separates planning, authorization, execution, and verification rather than treating them as one opaque action.

01REQUEST

Human objective and constraints enter the system.

02PLAN

Scope, resources, evidence, and stop rules are defined.

03DRY RUN

Consequences are inspected before authorized execution.

04APPROVAL

Required authority is explicitly granted or withheld.

05EXECUTION

Bounded work runs under the approved contract.

06VERIFICATION

Evidence is checked independently of executor claims.

07RETURN

Result, proof, state, and unresolved limits return together.

04

Spend capability where it changes the outcome.

Titan’s economic model prioritizes verified useful progress per total resource cost—not simply the cheapest model or the strongest model.

01ACCEPTED EVIDENCEReuse what is already proven.
02DETERMINISTIC TOOLSPrefer reliable mechanics for mechanical work.
03QUALIFIED LOCAL WORKERUse the cheapest sufficient capable agent.
04VERIFIED FALLBACKEscalate only when the lower tier is insufficient.
05HEAVY REASONINGReserve expensive reasoning for difficult decisions.
06HUMAN-AUTHORIZED EXTERNALPaid/external escalation requires explicit authority.
05

Power without authority is not completion.

Titan’s public governance model separates role, scope, evidence, approval, interruption, and recovery. The current system combines documented/prompt governance with selected enforceable controls; broader code-enforced governance remains an active engineering target.

DOCUMENTED

Authority model

Human, supervisory, inspection, and worker responsibilities are explicitly separated.

DEMONSTRATED

Bounded workflows

Local workflows have produced reviewable evidence under constrained execution.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Broader code enforcement

Critical governance rules continue moving from procedural contracts into enforceable system controls.

NOT ACTIVE

AEL

AEL is not represented as active production capability and remains behind explicit pre-activation gates.

06

Progress is only useful if state survives failure.

Titan treats recoverability, durable evidence, bounded authority, and continuity as engineering requirements rather than afterthoughts.

STATE

Durable checkpoints

Important work returns enough evidence and state to continue or audit later.

INTERRUPTION

Stop without ambiguity

Interrupted work should preserve what completed, what did not, and what remains authoritative.

RESTORE

Known-good recovery

Recovery authority must be separated from the system state it is intended to restore.

07

AEL is an epoch boundary, not a marketing switch.

AEL is research into governed engineering continuity and long-horizon system development. It remains inactive until pre-activation requirements for clean operation, measurement, enforceable governance, rollback, and verified recovery are satisfied.

Status must travel with the claim.

Sharpe Protocols uses explicit classifications so demonstrated engineering, active development, future targets, and research are not presented as equivalent evidence.

What Titan is—and is not.

Short public answers to the boundaries most likely to be misunderstood.

Is Titan an autonomous system with final authority?

No. Human authority remains the final boundary for consequential decisions; autonomous or semi-autonomous work is bounded by explicit scope and governance.

Is every governance rule enforced in code today?

No. Titan currently combines documented/prompt governance with selected enforceable controls. Broader code enforcement remains an active pre-AEL engineering priority.

Is AEL active?

No. AEL remains inactive engineering research and is gated behind explicit pre-activation requirements.

Does Titan publish its private security or recovery internals here?

No. This site explains the public architecture and evidence model without publishing credentials, protected paths, private endpoints, or security-sensitive recovery authority.
